• Add -- [Pilot Logbook window] This release adds support for an additional custom Flight & Duty Report format. This format was added at the requst of an individual client and is particular to their needs.

• Bug -- [Pilot Logbook window] "Field not found" error occurs when new entries are made directly into the Logbook tab.
• Bug -- [Pilot Logbook window] Block Time is not calculated when a direct entry is made into the Logbook tab

• Mod -- Added option to Flight Log options dialog for turning off open/close sequence enforcement (see new feature in release 4.46, below).
• Bug -- [Work Card dialog] Clicking the ellipsis buttons in the Part Change records area resulted in an Index error.
• Bug -- [Flight Log form] Flight Log form does not print addition page(s) for flights with more than 9 legs.

• New Feature -- Flight Log window now enforces the proper chronological sequence when flights are Closed or Opened. Earlier versions allowed flight logs to be closed in any order, which resulted in incorrect aircraft and engine totals to be printed at the top of the Flight Log Form report.
  The new Open and Close functions check for the out-of-sequence situation and give the option of batch-closing or batch-opening the outstanding logs.
• Mod -- The "Close all Open Flights" menu function in Flight Log window has been changed to "Batch Close Flights". The modified function allows all open flights for a selected Aircraft to be closed.
• New Feature - The Report Setup dialog now allows the default Title for a report to be changed. In earlier versions, Report Title changes were not saved and had to be reset each time. The new "Set as default" button saves the user-modified Title.
• Bug - [Update CharterLog XMS] dialog. The report update function attempted to connect to the old web update library, causing an FTP error

• Mod -- Standard flight log forms shipped with software are printing the record number instead of the Flight No.

• Mod -- Most recent pilot duty calendar is now selected by default. Earlier releases selected the oldest calendar.
• Other -- This release incorporates updated web links to new Polaris Microsystems web site for obtaining updates and Product Update Contract expiration information. New web site went live on 2/15/07. Update utility used in earlier releases of CharterLog XMS will not function after this date.

• New Feature -- Added Duty Schedule support to Pilot Records window. Scheduled duty days are entered/displayed in a familiar calendar format. The Flight & Duty report has been updated to display scheduled duty days as highlighted day numbers along the left margin of the report.
• Bug -- [Pilot Records Window] The Delete... (day off record) command in the Schedule pull-down menu was incorrectly deleting the currently-selected Time Sheet record.

• Fix -- Close Flight function incorrectly reports a "Record Locked By Another User" error in multi-user environments.
• Mod -- Updated Flight & Duty report templates to include more detailed designation of commercial flight time (121, 135, 91-Commercial, and Other Commercial).

• Fix -- New Aircraft Wizard incorrectly gives a data validation error when a "No Hobbs" aircraft is created.

• New Feature -- Added "day off" tracking to support 121 Supplemental "1 in 7" rest requirements.

• Fix -- Current Hobbs reading was not being preset into the first leg of new Flight Logs.
• Mod -- Increased size of ATA Code field to 16 (accommodates expanded codes for larger aircraft)
• Fix -- Flight Log Window: Drop-down crew selection lists showed archived pilots, and drop-down aircraft selection list showed archived aircraft.
• New Feature -- Added functionality for exporting/importing individual pilot or aircraft records. These functions facilitate the transfer of records (to another CharterLog XMS installation) when an aircraft is sold, or a pilot leaves the company.

• New Feature -- Added permission settings (CLXMS Access) to control access to Data Manager and Update Utility from within the main program. Note -- Data Manager permissions do not apply to standalone CLXMS Data Manager installed on the Server in multi-user installations.
• Fix-- SQL error when running Archive and Restore functions (Flights, Aircraft & Pilots) in multi-user environment.
