| Q | I have version 2.82. When I click on "Update Aerolog Pro" under "File", I get the following error message. "An FTP error (530 sorry, no anonymous access allowed.) has ocured: Contact Polaris Microsystems for assistance". What do I need to do? |

| A | Polaris Microsystems recently transitioned to a new web hosting service. AeroLog Pro versions 2.82 and earlier are programmed to check for updates on the now shut-down hosting service. AeroLog Pro v2.94 resolves this issue.
Users of AeroLog Pro v2.82 and earlier can update via the following procedure...
1- Download the latest install file (v2.94 or later) from the
Download page of this site.
2- Start your existing AeroLog and run a backup of your data.
3- Shut down AeroLog Pro (2.82)
4- Run the v2.9x installation (downloaded in step 1). |
