Data export capabilities in AeroLog Pro are provided via the Custom Report facility. Any report can be directed to an export file instead of the printer. The Print setup dialog shown below has a Print to File checkbox. To export the contents of a report: check this box, select the file Type and then enter a full file and path name in the Where field.

If you wish to export every field in the PILOTLOG.ADT file (your records) to an Excel file, you can use a pre-made report template, available for download in the AeroLog Pro Downloads section (see Download link to the left). Installation instructions are included. To run the export, double-click the report to "print" it. You can set an optional filter before printing, if you'd like.
