| | Q | I designed a new custom logbook and its been a while since doing this last. So far everything is coming back to me but I cant seem to list SIM times. I used the "block time" and tried setting filter to category-gnd class-sel but just lists "0.0" for time. How do I run Sim times in logbook? Thanks |
| | A | If by "SIM" you mean time you've logged in ground trainers or full-motion simulators, then you should go back to your logbook records and see how you entered the time... Look at the aircraft fields you used. Did you create a pseudo aircraft in the aircraft list which you use to log the time? If so, you should be filtering for the category/class/type/tags for that aircraft.
Also, look to see if you made entries in the Block Time field for these "flights". If you are just dealing with instrument ground trainers, then the time doesn't count toward Block Time. If this is the case, in your report template, select the Simulated IMC field instead of Block Time.
